Frequently Asked Questions
Here you will find answers to the most common questions about Homina’s conscious wellness experiences — how sessions work, what you can expect and how to prepare.
How do Homina experiences work?
Each experience is a conscious encounter, adapted to the person and the moment they are living. We do not follow rigid protocols. You can explore the different therapeutic experiences available, which include body-based work, water experiences and conscious accompaniment.
Do I need previous experience?
No. Homina experiences are suitable both for people arriving for the first time and for those who already walk an inner path.
What should I bring to the session?
We recommend comfortable clothing. For water-based experiences, please bring a swimsuit and a personal towel (optional).
How long does an experience last?
Duration varies depending on the experience, but it usually ranges between 60 and 90 minutes, including arrival and integration time.
Who are these experiences for?
For people who feel the need to slow down, listen to the body, reconnect with themselves and find a space of presence and care.
Who might these experiences not be suitable for?
For those looking for quick fixes, guaranteed results or external solutions without personal involvement in the process.
Do these experiences replace medical or psychological care?
No. Homina experiences are spaces of conscious wellness, presence and human support. They do not replace medical, psychological or psychiatric care. Whenever necessary, we respect and encourage professional healthcare support.
Can I stop a session if I don’t feel comfortable?
Yes. All experiences take place with continuous consent. You may pause, adjust or end a session at any moment. Respect for personal limits, rhythm and inner experience is fundamental at Homina.
How can I ask questions or schedule an experience?
You can contact us directly via WhatsApp. We are happy to clarify any questions before scheduling.
